About us

With over 20 years experience in the early years care and education sector, Sarah and Julie are passionate about supporting children's well-being. We have developed an innovative and inspiring mindfulness based kindness curriculum which aims to empower and nurture well-being through mindfulness, creativity and kindness.
  • Children's workshops - filled with engaging, fun and interactive activities inspiring kindness and gratitude with yoga games, breathing buddies, music, meditations, mindful movements, Kindness Crusaders programme and more.
  • Student's workshops - giving students in early childhood studies the skills to face the growing changes in their chosen career so both themselves and the children they will work with can get the best out of their early years experience.
  • Early Years Practitionersworkshops designed to scaffold EYP's knowledge base on children's well-being, including techniques to promote self-care, and practical tools to support children's well-being development in early years settings.
  • Zen Denwe also offer guidance on developing a whole school approach to well-being, including development of a 'Zen Den'  (an amygdala reset area) which can be used to practice mindfulness, regain focus or reflect on events in a calm non-judgemental manner.
